Cauliflower Tikka
Ingredients:
1 Medium cauliflower
Frying ingredients:
3 tsp Gramflour
½ tbsp Carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tbsp Fennel seeds (saunf)
1 tbsp Oil
Marinating ingredients:
⅓ cup Yogurt
Salt and pepper (As Per Taste)
½ tbsp Paprika
½ tbsp Garam masala
½ tbsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Any favourite curry powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice
½ tbsp Turmeric powder
½ tbsp Ginger paste
½ tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Oil of your choice (I use mustard oil or rapeseed oil)
(change the amount of spices based on your taste as the above is just a guideline)

Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets

Heat a pan and add oil and other frying ingredients into the pan and fry for few seconds then turn the heat off and keep stirring. Add 1 tbsp of water, make sure there are no lumps, then transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Add marinating ingredients to the mixing bowl and is it well.

Add cauliflower to it and mix well ensuring each floret has coat of the marination.

Leave it covered in fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 170C.

Bake the marinated cauliflower for 20-30 minutes or until it’s done.
