Peanuty Chicken

Ingredients:

 4 Chicken breasts (Cut into strips)
 3 Lemon zest
 Salt and black pepper as per your taste (Skip salt if baby is less than a year old)
 Oil (I use rapeseed oil)
 3 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
 3 Lemon juice
 Parsley leaves – handful and chopped
 3 tbsp Garlic cloves

Directions:

Roasted Butternut Squash Puree:

Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken breasts along with lemon zest and coat it well on chicken breasts.

Add the oil to the hot pan, when the oil is hot, fry the chicken breasts till there is a brown coat.

Start the oven at 180C.

Mix the coating ingredients together and mix it well.
