I love healthy and tasty food. When I wanted to start solids for my kid, I wanted to try baby led weaning. I didn’t want to get trapped in puree and wanted to have family dinners together. I did a workshop or training on baby ed weaning with my husband and baby when the baby was 5 months old so that I was prepared for it. I started experimenting with recipes. Because I am Indian and knew the importance of spices and how it is essential for immunity, so my spice knowledge came in handy when experimenting.
