Baked Pancake Cake
Ingredients:
¾ cup All purpose flour or wholewheat flour
½ Milk
2 tbsp Butter
1.50 tbsp Maple syrup
2 qts Eggs
½ tbsp Vanilla extract
1 pinch Salt
Topping
3 tbsp Smooth peanut butter
Lemon juice (As per Taste)
½ tbsp Extra butter to line the baking tin if required
Directions:

Melt butter in microwave or hob in a big whisking bowl

Add other ingredients excluding the ingredients for topping and whisk them all together

Increase or decrease the amount of maple syrup as per your taste

Preheat the oven at 210C

Use an 8 inch spring foam and apply butter to the sides

Pour the whisked ingredients into the tin

Add peanut butter dollops on top then using a fork or knife make patterns as you like

Bake for 15 min or until the knife comes clean when you poke the cake

Bring it out and add lemon juice on top and then enjoy
