Ingredients:

 2 cups Parboiled Rice
 ½ cup Urad Dal
 ¼ cup Refined Oil
 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
 1 tsp Salt

Directions:

To make some dosa, take some batter in a bowl and add salt and pepper powder to it and mix it.

Heat a pan, add ghee to it and spread it all around the pan.

Take a ladle and fill it with the dosa batter and pour it to the pan and just like crepe spread it all around typically in a circular fashion.

You can choose to add or sprinkle more ghee on top of the crepe if you like. Cook it for 2-3 min and when the sides start to leave the pan flip it if you want else just enjoy the hot dosa with hummous or any chutney or any other preferred dips.

Toddlers/Kids love this. For babies don’t make it too crispy and cut it into strips when dosa is cooked.
