Lemony Salmon Bake

Ingredients:

 5 Salmon fillets
 3 tbsp Olive oil
 3 Garlic cloves
 ½ tbsp Dijon Mustard
 Parsley leaves (haldful chopped)
 1 Lemon Juice
 1 Lemon zest
 Salt and pepper powder (as per taste)

Directions:

Preheat the oven at 180C

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except for the fish

Add the fish to the mixture and ensure that each fillet has a good coating of the marinate

Leave it in the fridge for 15-30 minutes

Bake it for 12-15 min and ensure that it is not overbaked
