Mango, Cardamom and Coconut Icecream

Ingredients:

 3 cups Diced ripe mangoes
 1 tsp Can of coconut milk
 2 tbsp Maple syrup
 1 tbsp Cardamom powder or mint leaf juice
 1 tbsp Extra pieces of diced ripe mangoes

Directions:

If you prefer mint leaves flavour over cardamom, then crush handful of fresh mint leaves and squeeze the juice. Replace cardamom powder with this juice.

Freeze diced ripe mangoes until it becomes icy.

Add frozen mangoes, coconut milk, maple syrup and cardamom powder/mint leaf juice into blender and make a paste.

Add the paste into an airtight container.

Mix in extra mango pieces and stir it well.

You can choose to eat it like that or put it in freezer for 3 hours.

Then eat when you like but thaw it for 10-15 min before eating after taking it out from freezer.
