Potato and Spring Onions fry
Ingredients:
23 Potatoes (medium size)
1 Spring onions
1 Onion (medium)
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Turmeric powder
Salt and pepper powder (as per your taste)
1 tbsp Rapeseed oil or Mustard oil (any oil of your choice)

You can peel the potatoes, but I just wash it properly and not bother with peeling. Cut the potatoes into skinny French fries’ size.

Chop spring onions into half an inch size.

Heat a pan and add oil to it.

Once oil is hot, add cumin seeds. When it splutters, add onions, and cook till it is translucent.

Add potatoes, salt and pepper and turmeric to it.

Keep stirring till potatoes are getting almost done. Then add spring onions to it and stir it for a couple of minutes.
